Why didn’t followers get “opening soon”?
The reminder only goes out for a drop scheduled at least an hour ahead.
- Check when it was scheduled.
A drop scheduled less than an hour before it opens skips the reminder. The Drop announced and Drop open messages are separate, and follow your switches.
- Check it opened on time.
Choosing Open now opens a drop straight away, so there’s no hour before to remind anyone in.
- Check your switch.
In Settings (sign-in required) → Notifications (sign-in required), Opening soon may be off for email or text.
