What do followers hear from me, and when?
Up to four messages for each drop, by email, text or both, as you choose.

Crafd confirms a new email follow by email, with an unsubscribe link. A new drop-text opt-in gets a confirmation text with the frequency and HELP/STOP instructions. Checkout opt-ins get the same; imports and unchanged follows send no confirmation.

When you schedule a new drop.

About an hour before a scheduled drop opens.
- Drop open.
The moment it goes live.
- Almost sold out.
Once, when a live drop runs low.
- Choose what goes out.
In Settings (sign-in required) → Notifications (sign-in required), under Your followers (sign-in required), switch each message on or off for email and for text, then save.
Each message follows your switches as they were when it happened, so changing one later won’t send or cancel anything already decided.
