Can I offer local pickup?
Yes. Nearby buyers can collect from you instead of paying for shipping.
- Turn it on.
In Settings (sign-in required) → Shipping (sign-in required), turn on Offer local pickup (sign-in required), then choose Save changes (or Save & return to setup while setup is unfinished). If you came from a blocked drop, choose Save & return to your draft. You’ll need your ship-from address (sign-in required) saved.
- Offer it on a drop.
In the drop editor, under The window, choose Local pickup or Shipping or pickup for how it gets there.
- Say where.
Add a Pickup location. It stays private until someone orders, then they get it with their order.
Pickup is free for buyers. When an order’s ready, mark it ready for pickup from Orders (sign-in required), and the buyer is emailed.
