What do I need to do before my first drop?
Five small steps get your studio ready, and your setup checklist keeps track of them for you.
- Introduce yourself.
In Settings → Profile (sign-in required), add your name, your location (a city and region) and what you make. A photo and your story are optional.
- Set a few clear expectations.
In Settings (sign-in required) → Policies (sign-in required), say what happens with returns and with lost or damaged pieces. Buyers see both on every drop.
- Work out the handoff.
In Settings (sign-in required) → Shipping (sign-in required), add your ship-from address (sign-in required), then a shipping package (sign-in required), local pickup (sign-in required), or both.
- Connect your payouts.
In Settings (sign-in required) → Payouts (sign-in required), connect Stripe so your sales can find their way to your bank.
- Add your first drop.
Start a drop (sign-in required) and save it as a draft. A saved draft counts, so you don’t need to publish yet.
