Why do my share images say “Preparing”?
Images are made after you publish and whenever a drop changes, and it can take a minute or two.
- Give it a moment.
With the kit open, it checks again every five seconds, for about two minutes, and shows the images when they’re ready.
- Reopen it.
If they’re still preparing, close the kit and choose Share again on Drops (sign-in required) in a few minutes.
- Share the link meanwhile.
Copy link works straight away.
After you edit a drop, the kit may say it’s updating, and keep showing the last images until the new ones are made.
