Drops

Can I open or close a drop early?

You can bring a scheduled opening forward or end a live batch.

  1. Open a scheduled drop now.

    Under Scheduled (sign-in required), choose View details, then Open now and confirm. The drop must still meet the publishing requirements.

  2. Close a live drop.

    Under Live (sign-in required), choose Manage drop or View details, then Close drop and confirm. New orders stop and the drop moves to Archive (sign-in required).

Opening now sends the drop-open announcement when that message (sign-in required) is on. Closing does not cancel paid orders or remove your fulfillment work. An ended drop cannot reopen; make another batch.
