Why can’t I remove a package?
A package that a drop still uses can’t be removed until that drop uses another.
- Find the drop using it.
A draft (sign-in required), scheduled (sign-in required) or live (sign-in required) drop that ships in this package keeps it in use.
- Switch that drop’s package.
Open the drop and, under The window, choose a different package. Live drops can’t change package, so wait until it ends.
- Then remove it.
Back in Settings (sign-in required) → Shipping (sign-in required), choose Remove on the package and save.
Ended drops don’t hold on to a package. Your last package has no Remove button.
