Shipping & pickup

What is a package?

A package is the box your pieces go out in. Set one up once and use it for any drop that fits.

  1. Open Packages.

Go to Settings (sign-in required) → Shipping (sign-in required) and find Packages (sign-in required).

  2. Fill in your first package.

A blank one is already there to start you off. Give it a name you’ll recognise, like “Mug box”. For another box, choose Add a package.

  3. Weigh and measure it.

Enter its packed weight and its length, width and height, then a shipping rate for each place you ship (sign-in required).

  4. Pick your default, then save.

With more than one package, choose which is the Default. Then choose Save changes, or Save & return to setup while setup is unfinished. If you came from a blocked drop, choose Save & return to your draft.

You can have up to 20 packages. Each drop that ships uses one of them, chosen in the drop editor.
