Shipping & pickup
What is my ship-from address used for?
It’s where your parcels start, and it stays private.
- Open Shipping.
Go to Settings (sign-in required) → Shipping (sign-in required). Ship-from address (sign-in required) is at the top.
- Fill it in.
Street address, city, state and postal code. Crafd ships from the US only, for now. Use a 5-digit ZIP code or ZIP+4, with or without its hyphen.
- Replace the sample if you see it.
Mock data may have filled an empty address with 14 Sample Studio Lane. Shipping and setup flag it. Replace it with your own address before publishing a real drop, even after removing mock data.
- Save.
Choose Save changes, or Save & return to setup while setup is unfinished. If you came from a blocked drop, choose Save & return to your draft.
It’s also your return address, and the place pickup tax is worked out from. It’s needed even if you only offer local pickup, and it never appears on your maker page or drops.
