Why was I signed out?
Sessions end on their own after a while, and some changes end the others.
- Time.
You stay signed in for up to 30 days, or 7 days without using the studio.
- A change on another device.
Setting or changing a password, or changing your email, signs out every other device.
- Signing out yourself.
Choose your photo at the top right of any studio page, then Log out.
If a save reports that your session ended, keep that page open. Choose Sign in again to open a new tab, sign in, then return and try your save again.
