How do followers unsubscribe, and can I remove someone?

Followers can leave any time, and you can stop a channel or remove someone from your lists.

  1. Followers can unsubscribe themselves.

Drop announcement emails have an unsubscribe link and a link to preferences. The follow-confirmation email has an unsubscribe link. Every drop text says to reply STOP.

  2. You can unsubscribe someone.

On Followers (sign-in required), open the person, choose Unsubscribe beside email or SMS, then confirm Unsubscribe from email or Unsubscribe from SMS.

  3. Or remove them from your lists.

Open the person, choose Remove follower, then confirm Remove follower. This stops their drop emails and texts and hides them from every list and export. Their consent record stays, so importing them won’t sign them back up.

  4. It can’t be undone from the studio.

Only the person can sign back up, from your page or preferences, or by choosing drop updates at checkout. A fresh sign-up brings a removed follower back.

Replying STOP to a Crafd text stops texts from every maker on Crafd, not only you.
