How do I choose where I ship?
Add the countries you’ll send to, or one rate for everywhere else.
- Open Where you ship.
Go to Settings (sign-in required) → Shipping (sign-in required) and find Where you ship (sign-in required).
- Add a country.
Choose Add a country, pick one from the list and choose Add country. Crafd supports 23 countries for now.
- Or cover the rest at once.
Turn on Ship everywhere else to offer one rate for any supported country you haven’t listed.
- Set a rate for each, then save.
Every package (sign-in required) needs a rate for every place you ship. Then choose Save changes, or Save & return to setup while setup is unfinished. If you came from a blocked drop, choose Save & return to your draft.
Buyers in a country you don’t ship to can’t check out. If you remove the US, “everywhere else” won’t cover it either. Buyers abroad may owe import duties when their parcel arrives.
