How do I update my profile?

Your profile introduces the person behind the pieces, on your maker page and beside every drop.

  1. Open your profile.

    Go to Settings → Profile (sign-in required).

  2. Fill in the essentials.

    Your name, Location (a city and region) and What you make are needed before you can publish.

  3. Add a little more.

    Your story can run to 1,000 characters. Instagram and Etsy shop are optional: a handle, an @handle or your instagram.com link all work for one, and your shop name or etsy.com shop link for the other.

  4. Save.

    Choose Save changes, or Save & return to setup while setup is unfinished. If you came from a blocked drop, choose Save & return to your draft. Your maker page shows the new details straight away.

Your account email (sign-in required) and password (sign-in required) live on this page too. Neither appears on your maker page. Buyers can see your account email in the reply address on order emails and messages you send them.
