How do I export orders for my records?
Download a CSV of the Orders view you have chosen.
- Choose the view.
Set the tab, search, drop and delivery filters on Orders (sign-in required).
- Choose Export orders → CSV.
The file includes all matching orders across pages, not only the ten currently shown. Selecting rows does not narrow this general records export.
- Open it in your spreadsheet.
Columns cover the order and placement, buyer name and email, drop and choice, quantity, subtotal, shipping, Crafd service fee, tip, tax details, buyer total, delivery and address, status, tracking, fulfillment, readiness and refund details.
For postage, use Labels instead: that file has package weight and dimensions in the form label tools need. Packing slips are a separate print option.
