How do I buy and print shipping labels?

Export addresses and package measurements, then buy postage in your label tool.

  1. Get the labels file.

On Orders (sign-in required), choose Export orders → Labels for the current view. Or select orders and choose Labels file. The file includes pending shipping orders and leaves pickups out.

  2. Import it into your label tool.

Upload the file to Pirate Ship or another label tool and match its columns. It has addresses, order numbers, item and quantity, packed weight in ounces, and dimensions in inches.

  3. Check the parcel and buy postage.

The measurements come from the drop’s package. Weight is not multiplied by the number of pieces. Weigh a multi-piece parcel and correct its weight and size in the label tool before buying and printing postage.

  4. Bring tracking back.

Pack the pieces, then use Mark shipped in Crafd and import the label tool’s tracking. Exporting labels does not mark orders shipped.

The full-view export includes matching orders across all pages. Selected exports accept up to 100 orders. A label tool may need extra details; check them before paying for postage.
