Can I add or edit a package from the drop editor?
Yes, for a draft or scheduled drop, without leaving the drop you’re writing.
- Open the window step.
In a draft or scheduled drop’s editor, go to The window, where you choose the package.
- Add or edit.
Choose Edit package to change the one selected, or Add another for a new one. With no packages yet, it’s Add your first package.
- Save the package.
Choose Save package when editing, or Add package for a new one. It’s saved to your shipping settings (sign-in required), and ready to pick for this drop and any other.
Editing a package changes it everywhere it’s used, for checkouts from then on. Orders already paid keep what they paid. To edit a package used by a live drop, open Settings → Shipping (sign-in required).
