Do rate changes affect drops that are already live?
Yes, for checkouts from then on. Orders already paid never change.
- Change a rate or a destination.
In Settings (sign-in required) → Shipping (sign-in required), edit the rate and choose Save changes, or Save & return to setup while setup is unfinished. If you came from a blocked drop, choose Save & return to your draft.
- New checkouts use it.
Every drop using that package, live ones included, charges the new rate from the next checkout.
- Paid orders stay as they were.
Each order keeps the shipping it was charged.
Adding a country means setting a rate for it on every package in the same save.
