Why won’t my photo upload?
Most of the time, the file is too big or the wrong kind.
- Check the kind.
JPG, PNG and WebP work. Other kinds, like HEIC, need saving as JPG first.
- Check the size.
Up to 8 MB, and no more than 25 megapixels.
- Make it smaller.
Most phones can share or export a photo at a smaller size. Then try again.
These limits apply to your profile photo and your drop photos.
