How many pieces can a drop have, and can I limit each buyer?
Set a real batch size and a smaller limit for each buyer if you want.
- Set the batch size.
Under The piece, enter How many in this batch?: a whole number from 1 to 500. With choices, their counts supply the total.
- Set the buyer limit.
Under The window, set Maximum pieces per buyer from 1 up to the batch total. Continue to the review, confirm the handmade box and publish or save your changes.
- Change a live count carefully.
A live batch or choice cannot drop below the pieces already sold or currently in checkout. Saving a batch total equal to those committed pieces ends the drop.
Checkout applies the buyer limit to one order. A returning buyer can place another order while stock remains. Changing quantities does not rewrite existing orders.
