How do I offer choices, like sizes or colors?
Let buyers pick one choice from the same batch.
- Turn choices on.
In a new drop (sign-in required) or a draft, under The piece, switch on It comes in choices. In What’s the choice?, name the option, such as Color or Size, in up to 20 characters.
- Add the choices and counts.
Give each choice a different name, up to 30 characters, and a whole-number count from 1 to 500. Use Add a choice for more: 2 to 10 choices, totaling no more than 500 pieces.
- Finish the drop.
The batch total comes from those counts. Continue through delivery and the review, confirm the handmade box, then publish or schedule.
All choices share the price, photo, delivery and package. A buyer picks one choice per order. While live, the option and choice names stay fixed; counts can change, but cannot fall below sold or in-checkout pieces.
