How do I refund an order?

Crafd offers a full refund of the buyer’s order through Stripe.

  1. Open Refund.

On Orders (sign-in required), open the order and choose Refund.

  2. Review the full amount.

The refund includes the pieces, shipping, any tip and tax, and the Crafd service fee. Add A note for your records if useful, up to 500 characters; it is optional and stays in the studio.

  3. Confirm it.

Tick the box naming the full amount and choose Refund in full. A completed refund moves the order to Refunded (sign-in required). If it says processing with Stripe, check back for the final result.

  4. The buyer gets a notice.

Once Stripe confirms the refund, Crafd emails the buyer the full amount, its original payment destination and the usual 5–10 business day wait. Buyers who chose order texts also get a short confirmation. Use Contact buyer if you want to explain why you refunded it.

Partial refunds are not available here. Refunded pieces do not go back into inventory, and an ended drop does not reopen. A mock order has no payment to refund. If Refund is hidden because of a payment dispute, answer it in Stripe; inquiries stay refundable when Stripe allows it.
