What’s in an order’s details?
The order drawer holds the buyer, the promise, the money and the next step.
- Open the order.
On Orders (sign-in required), choose its number, buyer name or status.
- Check who and what.
The drawer shows the drop, pieces and any choice, buyer email, shipping address or pickup location, and the promised Ships by or Ready by date while it is waiting. A pickup marked ready shows where it waits and since when instead.
- Read the money.
You can see pieces, shipping or pickup, Crafd service fee, any tip and tax, and Buyer paid. When Stripe has supplied the figures, Card processing · Stripe and You keep show the original charge’s processing cost and net.
- Follow its story.
Order story records placement, readiness, fulfillment, refund, any payment dispute and messages. The available buttons let you fulfill, contact the buyer, print a packing slip or refund.
