Orders & fulfillment

How do I import tracking numbers from my label tool?

Fill the shipping dialog from a file or pasted order-and-tracking pairs, then review before saving.

  1. Open Mark shipped.

Open a pending shipping order, or select shipping orders on To fulfill (sign-in required) and choose Mark shipped.

  2. Import or paste.

Choose Import a file for the label tool’s CSV or text export. Or choose Paste instead, add one order and tracking pair per line, then Fill in tracking. For example: 1042, 9400111899223197428490.

  3. Match the columns.

Headings such as Order Number and Tracking Number identify the columns. Without headings, put the order number first and tracking second, separated by a comma or tab. Order numbers may start with #.

  4. Review, then confirm.

Read the import result and check every filled tracking field. It lists numbers outside this batch, order references it could not read and anything still needed. Fill or correct the remaining fields, then choose Mark shipped.

Importing alone saves nothing. Conflicting tracking numbers or numbers rounded by a spreadsheet are left for you to fix; copy the full reference from the label tool. Only orders already in this dialog are filled.
