Payments & payouts
What does my Stripe status mean?
The card in Settings → Payouts tells you the next step.
- Connect or continue.
Connect Stripe to get paid. means setup has not started. Almost connected. means to choose Continue in Stripe and finish the details.
- Wait for review, or fix a request.
Stripe is reviewing your details. means its checks are pending; Check in Stripe opens the setup. Stripe needs a little more from you. means to choose Fix it in Stripe and follow the request.
- Check readiness.
Connected and ready. with Payouts on means the account is ready for payments and payouts. Its bank account, payout schedule and Tax forms are shown on the card.
- If payout details will not load.
We couldn’t reach Stripe just now asks you to refresh in a moment. It is a failure to load those figures, rather than a new account status.
Payments aren’t set up here yet. means connecting and checkout are disabled in this environment. Contact support if you see that where you expect to sell.
