Payments & payouts
When do I get paid?
Stripe sends the money to your bank on your account’s payout schedule.
- Check your schedule.
Open Settings (sign-in required) → Payouts (sign-in required). Crafd starts new Stripe accounts on a daily payout schedule; your current Payout schedule appears on the connected account card.
- Read the payout figures.
Next payout shows a scheduled amount and arrival date when one is listed, or Nothing scheduled yet. On the way, when shown, includes sales still clearing. Paid out totals the paid entries in the recent payout list shown here.
- Check an individual payout.
The list shows its arrival date, amount and status, such as Scheduled, In transit, Paid, Failed or Canceled. Use Open Stripe dashboard (sign-in required) for the account’s details.
A daily schedule does not mean a sale reaches your bank the next day. Funds must clear, bank timing varies, and a first payout can take longer. Treat the date Stripe shows for your account as the estimate; Crafd does not set the arrival time.
