How do pickup orders work?
Tell the buyer when their pieces are ready, then record collection.
- Find pickups.
On Orders (sign-in required), use To fulfill and the delivery filter Pickup (sign-in required). Open the order to see its pickup location and Ready by date.
- Mark it ready.
Choose Mark ready for pickup, then confirm Mark ready in the dialog. Crafd queues the buyer’s ready-for-pickup email with the location, and a text if they chose order texts. For several pending pickups, select them and choose Mark ready.
- Record collection.
When the buyer has the pieces, open the ready order, choose Mark picked up, then confirm. It moves to Fulfilled (sign-in required) and Crafd queues a thank-you email.
Ready pickups stay in To fulfill and its menu count until collected. Select pickups needing the same next step for a bulk action; pickups do not need tracking.
