Crafd support

A little help.
Then back to making.

From your first drop to the last parcel. We’re here to help.

A place to start: your first drop, local pickup, getting paid

Getting started

What is Crafd, and what’s a drop?

Crafd lets you sell what you make in small, limited drops instead of keeping a shop open all the time.

  1. A drop is one batch of one thing.

Each drop is a piece you make, how many of them there are, a price, and a window when orders are open. It gets its own page under your Crafd address.

  2. It opens and closes on your schedule.

You choose when orders open and close. Crafd opens the drop on time, and closes it at your closing time or as soon as the last piece sells.

  3. Your followers hear about it.

People who follow you can hear when a drop is announced, when it’s about to open and when it opens, by email or text.

  4. Buyers check out without an account.

They pay on the drop page by card or a wallet like Apple Pay. Then you ship their pieces, or hand them over at local pickup.

Crafd is for things you make by hand. Each time you publish, you confirm that you make the pieces yourself.
