How can a buyer look up their order later?
The packing-slip QR opens an order-specific path to its purchase summary.
- Scan the packing slip.
The packing slip’s QR opens this order’s address. If the browser has not proved the buyer’s email, it opens a sign-in form asking for the email they ordered with.
- Use the checkout email.
The buyer requests a link using the email they ordered with, then opens the emailed link within one hour. If See my order appears, choose it. The link can be used once.
- Read the summary.
The summary shows this purchase, its delivery and payment details. A buyer already signed in with the matching email can open it directly from the QR.
There is no generic order lookup on the plain sign-in page. Before the parcel arrives, buyers can use their receipt or reply to your order email for help. The printed QR stays valid, but it never grants access without the right signed-in identity.
