Why does my live drop say “Orders paused”?
The batch is visible, but Crafd cannot take payments for your studio yet.
- Check payouts.
Open Settings → Payouts (sign-in required), or choose Check your payouts on the live drop at the top of Drops (sign-in required).
- Finish what Stripe needs.
Connect your account, continue setup, or follow the status card’s instructions. If Stripe is reviewing details, wait for its check to finish.
- Return to the drop.
Once payouts are ready, a live drop with time and stock remaining can take orders again. Its page stays visible and offers following while paused.
A live label alone does not mean payments are ready. Ending the window or selling out still closes the drop.
